Will this fit a 2018 Mini Countryman with the factory crossbars? Will I need an adapter?

In order to use the Thule Prologue XT TH516XT on the factory crossbars on your 2018 Mini Countryman you would need to use adapter # THXADAPT9 as long as the bars are not wider than 3-3/4 inches and have an accessory channel at the top.
Yakima has the ForkLift # Y02098 that is listed as a fit for sure for the factory roof rack on the 2018 Mini Countryman. What size fork does your bike have? This Yakima rack is for 9mm forks.
