do you make a fitting that screws into the radiator to convert the transmission cooling lines from quick connect to barbed? for a 2003 ford expedition 5.4.

For some vehicles we do have fitting adapters that thread into the radiator so that you'll have a barb fitting for the lines of the transmission cooler to attach to. We do not have any for your 2003 Ford Expedition though.
Check out the install video I attached for the Derale part # D13503 on a very similar 2001 Ford Explorer and you'll see how we installed it without needing the adapters.
