Is Rhino-Rack Track-Mount Vortex Aero Roof Rack Y02-480B a Complete Roof Rack System

Question:

Is Y02-480B what mounts on a topper? And does it come with tracks, crossbars, feet, locks and mounting hardware? I guess basically I’m asking if it is the whole roof rack system or do I need to purchase extra parts to make the roof rack system.

Yes, the Rhino-Rack part # Y02-480B is a complete adjustable track-mount roof rack system that includes a pair of tracks, four leg assemblies, two aero-style crossbars and locks. This is intended primarily for applications on camper shells, hard tonneau covers, or hardtop resin roofs as found on some RVs.

This rack setup could also be installed on the roof of a vehicle such as your 2012 Chevrolet Silverado but we have other custom roof rack options that will not require drilling into the vehicle roof as this one does.

Please refer to the linked page for roof racks for your Silverado. At the top of the page just click on the image of your roof style and select the cab type from the drop-down menu tool. You will then see all roof racks for your truck cab. For instance, for the Crew Cab with no existing rails or crossbars Rhino-Rack offers their Vortex Aero rack made of parts # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK227. This is shown in the included review video.
