unable to lower electric tongue jack. where is the fuse located

If you have Lippert jack # LC285318 then the fuse is on the power wire inside of the black fuse holder. I included a picture pointing it out. Also, if you have your manual crank handle you could lower the jack using it.
If you have a different jack and it does not have an obvious external inline fuse then it will have an internal fuse or circuit breaker. If you know the jack manufacturer and model you have I can look into it further.
