I can tell you which wires on each the light and plug are for, though you will want to use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to verify the functions.
The Fusion LED Trailer Taillight # STL211XRFHB has a 4-wire pigtail. The white wire is ground, brown wire is backup light, red wire is brake light and black wire is taillight.
The Epicord 7-Way Molded Trailer Plug # 277-000143 is a 7-way connector that has the same functions as you see in the accompanying diagram. The yellow wire on this is the backup lights, the red wire is the left turn brake light, the brown wire is the right turn brake light, and the green wire is the taillight.
You can match up these functions for each side to get your lights up and running. I've also added a link to trailer wiring which I highly recommend you check out.

Do you have a wiring diagram that will correspond with connections for a hydraulic power unit using the 7 way plug as the power in lieu of a 12v battery?
