Yes, the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches part # BWGNXA4085 will fit perfectly with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1111 which is a fit for your 2016 Ford F-350. The offset adapter as I am sure you already know will improve turning clearance for a short bed truck.
