I looked up your order info and saw you had purchased the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Tire with 15" White Spoke Wheel part # AM32680. The tire that comes with this combo will need to be filled to 80 psi while cold no matter if the trailer is loaded or not. This will ensure you are always receiving the full weight capacity and performance of the tire. It has a 65 mph speed rating as you mentioned and you will need to abide by this rating to prevent blowouts.
