I would like to know if I can replace my existing brakes AL KO 10inch X 2 1/4 with Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10inch - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs Item # AKEBRK-35-SA?

Yes, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA is a suitable replacement for AL-KO standard hub-and-drum assemblies. This product also has electric brakes that are 10" x 2-1/4". This brake assembly fits 13" to 15" wheels.

The mounting flange bolt pattern is 4 bolt and works with a 3,500 lb axle.
