I have a Kia soreento front weel drive i need to unlock steering wheel to tow with a tow Dolly how is this done without keeping the ignition on?

You should be able to just turn your key to the first position on your Kia Sorento, which will unlock the steering wheel without actually turning the ignition on or energizing anything in the vehicle. Before towing your Sorento with a tow dolly, I highly recommend checking your copy of the vehicle's owners manual for any specific restrictions or guidelines when it comes to towing it behind an RV. This section is usually titled "Recreational Towing" and it will often provide a step-by-step procedure to take before heading out.
