The best anti-sway we have for your 2011 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis is the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1209-131. This anti-sway is a direct fit for your Sprinter chassis and will retain the factory anti-sway bar as well. It will however require minor drilling for installation.
The anti-sway bar will do an excellent job of reducing body roll, improving stability, and decreasing driver fatigue. It is made right here in the U.S.A. and comes with a 1-year warranty. If you need help with installation you can take a look at the attached install video on a similar RV. This is currently the only option we have for you at this time.
