Question:

I have a 2003 3500 Dodge with BandW Gooseneck receiver and it has square shaft along with a Companion 5th wheel hitch. Great combo. Im looking at buying a 2018 Super Duty F-350 XL with factory installed Gooseneck Hitch prep package but their Gooseneck receiver is round. My question is there a way I can use my Companion 5th wheel hitch on the Ford without buying new setup.

You don't need to replace your entire setup. What you need to do is replace the base of your current B&W Companion that fits into the Turnoverball gooseneck with a base that fits into the Ford fifth wheel pucks on your 2018 Ford F-350.

If you have a long bed truck use the fixed hitch base, part # BWRVB3300.

If you haev a short bed truck use the sliding hitch base, part # BWRVB3370, to help with turning clearance.

You can reuse the rest of your current hitch with either base.
