Question:
Hi, Is there any type of mount or bracket to mount a trailer dolly to a an enclosed cargo trailer? Possibly to the trailer A-frame or to the outside of the trailer itself? Our trailer has a small V-nose. We want to bring the trailer dolly with us when we travel but dont want it taking up precious room inside our trailer. Any ideas on how we could mount it safely for travel? Thanks!

If you don't want to have a tow dolly in the enclosed trailer then the easiest way to transport it (empty) is to install a trailer hitch on the back of the enclosed trailer and actually tow the dolly behind the trailer. The only catch is that in some states it is illegal to tow a trailer, or in this case a dolly, behind another trailer. So you would just have to check the laws in the states you will be traveling in.
The most versatile option and the most likely to fit is Curt hitch # 13703. It fits frames widths from 22 inches to 72 inches. It can install on box frames, I-Beam frames, and C-Channel frames. And it can be bolted on or professionally welded on.
If the tow dolly has lights you would also need to wire in a 4-Way such as # 18252 to the tail light wiring on the back of the enclosed trailer.
