The installation of the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703 is pretty straightforward and there aren't any shortcuts that would make the installation easier.
Attached is an installation video as well as the written instructions for you to reference. This trailer hitch fits trailers with a frame width between 22" - 72".
