Troubleshooting AirLift Wireless One Air Spring Compressor Kit AL25980

Question:

When I set my remote to any psi setting the compressor kicks on for about a half a second every 25 seconds instead of running continuously. When I it back down to the 5 psi setting it bleeds off air for about a half a second every 25 seconds also. I set it to 20 psi and after 45 minutes it only inflated to 17.5. When I set it to 5 psi it only dropped down to 9.5 psi. Brand new unit installed by a business that installs these regularly. He couldnt get anyone on the phone from air lift to see what was going on.

It sounds like you have had the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 installed in your 2014 Ram 1500 along with your new air spring kit. I spoke with my technical contact at Air Lift and there are a few things that can be checked.

The compressor ground needs to be made at the truck frame (or battery negative post). If grounded at any other points the compressor may not be able to deliver full power. Also check for any pinched air lines or loose electrical connections.
