Is the PC3 hitch pin needed if I purchase the 63232 locking pin? Thanks

No, you do not need a pin and clip such as # PC3 if you are using the Let's Go Aero Anti-Rattle Pin Lockset # 63232.
The lockset will take the place of your pin and clip while also working as an anti-rattle device.
