Question:
Greetings from Ontario Canada. I bought a used CURT hitch for my 2009 Ford Flex SEL, single exhaust. I do not know the model number of the hitch, just that is rated at 4000 lbs trailer weight and 400 lbs tongue weight. It is a Class III. Can you advise on the right mounting hardware kit please? Pictures attached. Thank you very much.

We offer replacement hardware kits for all hitches we sell. The item number for the hardware kit is # RHK.
The 2-inch Curt Class III hitch made for the 2009 Ford Flex with single exhaust is part # 13551. This is a custom-fit hitch made specifically for the 2009 - 2018 Ford Flex without dual exhaust. You will need to verify your hitch part number before ordering hardware.
For new hardware for this hitch simply enter the hitch part number in the appropriate field on the page for kit # RHK and we will send you the complete kit. The hitch instructions with a list of required tools and step-by-step install details are linked for you along with some helpful articles.
Since there is some rust on the hitch I suggest a sanding and re-painting with a rust-inhibiting paint before you install it.
