Question:
Hi, I broke a leaf spring on my Sea Lion SK-20-2200 this weekend and Im having some trouble finding a replacement. I noticed everything was pretty rusty so I will need a complete replacement for both sides with the mounting brackets and all the bolts. Thanks in advance!

We can help you with replacement leaf springs and related parts like shackle straps and suspension bolts for your Sea Lion SK-20-2200 PWC trailer. The pages I linked for you display all types of suspension parts and double-eye leaf springs.
For new springs you do definitely need to replace both leaf springs on the axle since not doing so can cause tracking problems. The best way to go is to completely remove one of the leaf springs so that you can measure its eye-to-eye dimension. You also want to note the axle's weight rating; this will appear on the sticker or plate on the axle beam itself or in your trailer's documentation.
Well-worn leaf springs can actually stretch. If you pull an old spring and measure, just for example, a 26-inch eye-to-eye dimension it is possible that when new that spring was actually shorter, possibly the 25-1/4-inch size like # e57SR. This particular spring is rated for 4000-lb axles.
I checked the Sea Lion website for axle specs on the trailer model SK-20-2200 but none are provided. But I did find that the trailer's carrying capacity is 2200-lbs so it is likely to have a 3500-lb-rated axle. You do still want to confirm this with Sea Lion using the trailer VIN. if it does have a 3500-lb axle and needs springs that are 25-1/8-inches long you can use part # e54SR.
You can also refer to the linked article on double-eye suspensions for additional information.

I have the exact same issue but the leaf springs I require have one normal looking bolt and bushing setup while the other end is open with a curve to it. Can anyone help?
