I did some checking and your 7K Lippert axles use inner bearing 25580 and outer bearing 14125. We have 7K brake kit options that use these same bearings and have the same 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern as your existing hubs.

The most basic kit is # K2HR712. The parts have a raw finish which means no corrosion resistance. The next step up from there is # K2HR712E which has an e-coat finish which is like a powder coat and offers minimal corrosion resistance.

What I recommend is the next step up from e-coat and that is # K2HR712D which has a dacromet finish. Darcromet offers superior corrosion resistance.

And we have # K2HR712DS which is a combination of dacromet and stainless steel and offers the best corrosion resistance.

For any of the kits above I recommend bearing kit # DBRKHW7. This is a complete axle kit so you would need 1 kit per axle with brakes. It includes 2 inner bearings, 2 outer bearings, 2 seals, 16 nuts, and 2 dust caps.

For an electric over hydraulic actuator I recommend # HBA16. This is a disc brake actuator rated at 1600 psi. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.

The tow vehicle will also need to have a brake controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic trailer brakes. If you have a controller that does not have an EOH mode then you will also need # HBA-CAM to make it compatible with this EOH system. Or you could get a controller that does have an electric over hydraulic mode such as the P2 # 90885.

And since you currently have electric brakes you will need a brake line kit such as # HS496-252. I have included a link to our help article that covers the parts needed to add electric over hydraulic brakes to a trailer.

Technically it would be possible to have that kind of setup, but I'm not sure why you would want to. You'll need to have all the various components for each configuration (actuator, lines, wiring, brake controller, different brake assemblies, etc). It just seems like a lot of work.....
