Is there any extensions for the reese explorer roof basket? RP1391300? Will the rola one work?

There are similar baskets with extensions available, but none that will work with the Reese or Rola Roof Cargo Basket .
Instead, I recommend checking out the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # C18115 and adding Extension # C18117. This is a 21" extension which will make the Curt basket a total of 61-1/2" long x 37" wide x 4" deep. The Curt basket will fit on most roof racks so long as the bars are spaced 15", 22", or 29" apart on center and have dimensions of up to 3" wide x 1-5/8" tall.
