The Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Gooseneck Hitch # C60607 measures 7.75" wide and 24.375" long according to the representative of Curt that I spoke with.
To install it in your 2004 Ford Super Duty you would need the installation kit and the hitch and kit together is part # C60720, which will fit in either a 6-3/4' or 8' bed of your '04 F-250 or F-350.
