We can help you equip your 2017 Honda HRV for flat towing behind your motorhome, and there are a number of different parts you will need in order to do this.
For base plates I recommend the Roadmaster EZ5 kit # RM-521570-5 that you referenced. This bracket will accommodate any Roadmaster motorhome-mounted tow bar. I recommend their Falcon 2 tow bar # RM-520. For safety cables use # RM-643.
For a lighting kit I suggest an inexpensive magnetic light kit like # PE26UR or # TL21RK; these avoid the need to cut into the HR-V's wiring. For a braking system I recommend the wireless and portable Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR along with the 12V outlet kit # RM-9332. The Patriot requires no permanent modifications to the vehicle and it can move to your next toad since it is portable. The linked article on hitch/low hitch adapters will explain how to select one to keep your connected tow bar level for best performance.
I suggest a check of your printed owner's manual since the online edition I reviewed indicates on page 88 that only the manual transmission models can be flat towed; the models with continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) cannot be flat towed. It will also give you any required preparation steps to be taken prior to flat towing, such as pulling fuses.
