Question:

I have a set of BMW F10 roof racks. The number on the cylinder is 020, but the number on the key is N176. I got them used with the car, key will not turn, are they the wrong keys?

We do not offer any parts for OEM roof racks from makers like BMW but the key number you referenced, N176, does sound like it might be an OEM Thule product. Thule locks and keys are selected based on such numbers.

Lock core # THLOCKN176 and key # THKEYN176 work together. We do also have Thule lock # THLOCKN020 and key # THKEYN020.
