I strongly recommend both front and rear anti-sway bars, and for your 2018 Fleetwood Bounder 36D on a Ford F-53 chassis with a GVWR of 22,000 lbs and a V10 engine the correct rear anti-sway bar is the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-149 while the front anti-sway bar is # RM-1139-148. For the rear bar you may need to use Extended U-Bolt Kit # RM-590050-00 if you find the square OEM U-bolts on your Bounder are too short. The Extended Kit gives you U-Botls which are 15-3/4".
These anti-sway bars work to level your motorhome out, balance how the weight is transferred - particularly during turns - and reduce body roll that you may encounter. The rear anti-sway bar will make the biggest improvement for you, followed by the front anti-sway bar
The combination of both the front and rear anti-sway bars is going to make your Fleetwood experience a pleasant one compared to how difficult it is right now. I've added links to video reviews and an install of the stabilizer on a 2017 F-53 for you to check out.
