I see its about 8inch high but how much does it raise the jack off the ground. My wood block is about 6inch and on two occasions it was not high enough to get the hitch off the ball. I needed to put levelers under my block.

Expert Reply:
The recessed part where the jack tube fits into on the Camco Trailer Tongue Jack Stand # CAM44635 is going to give you about 7 inches of height. There is a slightly taller one, # A10-0900, that is about 1/2 inch taller and is the tallest one we have.
Another option is a jack with more lift. Electric A-Frame jack # EJ-3520-BBX offers 25-1/8 inches of lift which is the most available out of our electric jack options.
