I do have an option for you but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13081 will not allow you to re-install the factory tow hook. If you would like to keep the factory tow hook then you will want to use the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75712 instead which will allow you to retain the tow hook once it has been temporarily removed to install the hitch.
I have attached an install video of the Draw-Tite hitch on a similar 2016 Jeep Patriot for you.
