Locating Replacement Door Latch for Trails West 2 Horse Trailer

Question:

Hi I was wondering if you carry a specific door latch for a Trails West 2 horse bumper pull horse trailer? It’s for the tack room. Mine broke and I need a replacement ASAP. The # on the outside of it is CH751 which is on the lock part its self. I can send pictures just let me know where to send them Thank you

Based on my research, the CH751 number you mentioned in your question likely refers to the type of key it uses, and not a model number for the latch itself.

We do have a large selection of door latches that might work well to replace your existing unit, such as the Redline T-Handle # L4080. I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection. If you are able to email me a picture of your current latch, or possibly locate any other model information that might be stamped to the unit, I will be happy to try and find the correct replacement. Unfortunately, trailer manufacturers do not typically keep an accurate record of smaller parts like these that they install at the factory, so I am unable to locate the exact type of latch that would have been on your trailer.
