What is Best Truck For Towing Hefty Fifth Wheel Trailer That Is Over 20,000-lbs

Looking at the Jayco 4212 fifth wheel which has a gross weight of 20,695 lbs. Which vehicle would you recommend to tow with? I like the F450 dually with the 6.7 turbo diesel but all my truck buddies are telling me to get the Dodge Ram 3500 dually. Can you please advise which would be a better truck for the long haul.
