If you already have the Head Assembly for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVC3006 then the replacement Slider Base # BWRVB3770 is what you are looking for. It is rated for 20K and is compatible with the OEM towing prep package in your 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 with a 6-1/2' Bed.
This will give you the complete Companion # BWRVK3770 for your Silverado.
