The Universal MightyMounts for Yakima Roof Mounted Accessories # Y03590 will be the adapter for your Mako Saddle and Hully Roller. It applies to factory crossbars no more than 4" wide or 1-1/2" tall. As a result, it will fit the factory roof rack on your 2013 Lexus RX 350 factory crossbars. There are a total of 4 MightyMounts included.
The Replacement Hardware for a Single Yakima Universal MightyMount # 8880056 has 4 screws included. And the Replacement Wrench for Yakima Universal MightyMount # 8880058 will tighten the screws.
However, the # Y03590 already includes all hardware for install.
