The Lippert Components 20 Ft Waste Master Extension Kit # LC360784 that you referenced does come with a union piece that connects it to the Waste Master RV Sewer Hose w/ Camlock Fittings, Nozzle, and Endcap - 20' Long Item # LC359724. I attached a picture of it for you to check out.
