Does this mirror work with seat postion 1 and 2 OK like factory OEM?

Yes, the K-Source custom towing mirror, part # KS62076G, plugs into the same wiring the factory mirror does and works in the same fashion. The multiple driver settings will also work with this mirror.
This is the driver's side. The passenger side is part # KS62075G and part # KS62075-76G is the pair.
