We do have the TruRyde Shackle Strap # TRSL350, which measures right at 3-1/2 inches from the center of one hole to the center of the other. Its overall length is 4-3/4 inches and it is 1-1/4 inches wide. The bolt hole diameter is 9/16 inches.
If you instead are looking for a shackle strap with an overall length closer to 3-1/2 inches, we have the TruRyde Shackle Strap # TRSL256. This measures 3-7/8 inches long and 1-1/4 inches wide. From the center of one hole to the center of the other, there is a distance of 2-9/16 inches. It has a bolt hole diameter of 9/16 of an inch.
