I am looking to get Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie Downs - Bed Mount - Black Powder Coated Steelinch for my Ford Ranger 2007. I saw that in the reviews some people had installed it on similar trucks. I would like to hear your opinion on this, would they work for y ranger?

The Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie Downs # TDSF you asked about can work for your 2007 Ford Ranger but are not a custom fit. These are universal fit options. The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount # HSAB or # HSSF are also universal fit options.
The only confirmed fit we have for a custom fit on your truck is the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLF2013 and rear # TLR3500 (or rear # TLF3004 if you have the TorkLift hitch). These are confirmed to fit and will be a stronger and more stable option. I've attached the installation details to assist.
For your turnbuckles, I recommend the basic # TDHP for your application.
