Question:
Hi, what is the best swing away bike rack for a 2013 Toyota Sienna minivan with the Draw-Tite 2 inch hitch 75237? I would also like a locking mechanism for the bike rack. Thank you!

The best swing away bike rack that we have is the Thule Apex Swing # TH9027XT. This bike rack is compatible with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237 on your 2013 Toyota Sienna. Just be sure to check your owner's manual for any weight capacities of your Sienna.
The Apex Swing can carry up to 4 bikes with a combined weight of 140 lbs ( 35 lbs per bike) and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. It has the swing away feature that you were asking about plus it comes with integrated locks for both the bike rack itself and the bikes. The integrated lock for the rack is built into a knob that you can tighten to help eliminate play in the trailer hitch.
One of my favorite features about this bike rack is the RDT (Road Dampening Technology) cradles. These are specially designed by Thule to accommodate sensitive bike frames like a carbon fiber bike. Please note though that if you have any bikes with an alternative frame style that doesn't have a horizontal crosstube then an adapter bar like part # UB01 may need to be utilized to keep the bike level and ensure proper ground clearance.
I have linked a review video of this bike rack on a 2013 Sienna for you to check out.
