Recommended Lippert Ground Control System with Automatic Leveling

Question:

About 3 years ago I had a Lippert ground control system installed on my 38 ft Grand Junction 5th wheel by the folks at Camping World. My unit uses the remote controller to operate the lifts. I see that there is a module unit now that does automatic leveling so you do not have to use the remote controller to do all the leveling for the Ground Control. Can my unit be upgraded to operate with the newer auto leveling feature?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert regarding the system you have on your Grand Junction 5th Wheel Trailer. He states that all of the Ground Control Systems (regardless of model/generation) features automatic leveling capabilities. With this in mind, I wonder if you simply have leveling jacks hooked up to a remote for easier operation.

If you are wanting the automatic leveling feature, your only option will be to replace your existing jacks with the Lippert Ground Control # LC358590. This wil allow you to quickly and easily level and stabilize your trailer with its 4 precise, motorized jacks. In addition to the automatic leveling feature, it does also include a touchscreen remove so that you can operate the jacks up to 50 feet away.
