Does the Kuat Pivot Swing Away Hitch Extender Need an Anti-Rattle Device

Question:

This is going to be perfect! I have a 2” hitch, and a 2” cargo carrier. I want to swing away for back door of van to open. I also want the option to add a bike rack to the cargo carrier and swing away.

I recommend the Kuat Pivot Swing Away Hitch Extender part # PVP20B. The Kuat Pivot Swing Away will allow you to attach a cargo carrier or bike rack to a 2" trailer hitch receiver tube opening and then pivot that accessory out 90 degrees to clear the rear doors on your van. The swing arm comes with a locking anti-rattle threaded hitch pin however, you would also need a locking hitch pin to secure your bike to the swing arm.
