The Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers w/ 3" Round Axles - 7,000 lbs # TSR7000T05 can be installed on your Lippert Travel Trailer I-beam frame, you will just need to box the beam on the outside where they will be installed and then add the 2x4 inch hollow steel crossmember with 3/16 inch thickness between the assemblies. This Crossmember is not included with the assemblies. I've attached some videos to assist, but unfortunately I don't have installation instructions available. I've attached measurements to assist you with the installation locations.
To install, you will first mark your frame directly between the axles. Then you will box the frame in that location, and then you will drill the holes and install the system. Finally, you will cut the crossmember to proper size and then install the axles.
