Will this work in a 2015 Ford F350 Super Duty? Hopkins Backup Alert - Replacement 1156 Bulb with Audible Alert Item # HM20100VA

From my research it looks like your 2015 Ford F-350 uses a 921 bulb for its reverse light so there is a backup alarm you can use, the Surface Mount Back-up Alarm # BK97DB, which wires into your truck and will give you an audible alarm.
