Question:

are the Yakima SnapAround Mounting Brackets SNARs strong enough to use to mount a 125 lb rooftop tent to yakima round bars?

The Yakima SnapAround Mounting Brackets (SNARs) - Round and Square (QTY 4) # Y8810135 are strong enough for the full bar capacity of 165 lbs on most roof rack systems. They are not intended to be used for Rooftop tents, so I can't recommend them for that use.

Also, if you have the towers that utilize the clips for fit to a roof, Yakima does not recommend using a tent with those parts as the additional weight of the rooftop tent and the movement can cause vehicle damage when the fit kits with the clips are used. For rooftop tents, Yakima only suggests fixed mounts or the factory raised side rails.
