Does Factory Hitch Stay Installed When Installing Torklift Hitch # TLD1108-30

Question:
No instructions were shown. Is the Ram factory hitch removed first and the original Ram frame holes reused? Is the factory hitch welded on?

I attached a link to the install instructions for the Torklift Super Hitch Magnum part # TLD1108-30 that you referenced for you to check out. In it you'll see that the factory hitch of the truck it is installed in does not get removed and the Torklift gets installed below it.
