What is the difference between the Torqlift D1108-30 from the older D1104-30? Is the paint better or is the receiver built stronger for the extra $60.00?

The TorkLift trailer hitch # TLD1108-30 differs from their hitch model TLD1104-30 in that the first hitch is a dual receiver hitch, while TLD1104-30 is a single receiver hitch. Both carry 30K ratings.
