Will CURT Trailer Hitch # 13703 Fit a 2011 Open Range 345RLS 5th Wheel Trailer

Question:

I have an 2011 Open Range 345RLS fifth wheel with a Lippert frame. The frame has brackets from the factory to mount an optional frame mounted receiver hitch. My question: Will the Curt 13703 mount directly to the provided mounting brackets?

It is possible that the CURT Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 13703, can be directly attached to the brackets on your 5th wheel trailer. The hitch is designed as a universal application and as such there are no specific trailers it was designed to fit.

If there is a specific hitch that matches the brackets, you should be able to find out what it is in the owners manual or from the folks where you bought the 5th wheel.

If the frame of the trailer is 22 inches to 72 inches wide, the CURT hitch will probably fit since it can be welded into place or bolted. If the hitch is welded, it should be installed by a qualified professional welder. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
