My 2016 Grand Design Solitude 384-GK has a 3 step entry and is pretty steep. Counter steps range from 1st step 12, 2nd step 9, 3rd step 9.25inch and 4th step to RV floor 10.5. Total height from ground to RV floor is 40. I wish I could switch to a 4 steps with 8inch counter step. Any retrofit to suggest?

For your 2016 Grand Design Solitude 384-GK, I recommend using the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear. These steps are 22" long x 8" wide and have a distance of 7-1/2" between each step.They will reach from the floor of your RV to the ground using the adjustable landing gear legs. The steps also have glow tape which creates a lighted step surface for safely climbing into and out of your camper at night.
In order to determine the correct step for you will need to measure the mounting base dimensions of your existing steps. If the mounting base dimensions measure to be 27-7/16" wide x 12" deep then you will want to use part # TLA8004 but if the mounting base dimensions measure to be 25-7/16" wide x 12" deep then you will want to use part # TLA8104.
