Recommendation For Fifth Wheel Skirt With Opening For Pin Box

Question:
Does this skirt go around the hitch or is there a cut out for the hitch? If it goes around the hitch how does it work since the hitch sticks out past the front of the trailer? We have a 2016 Elkridge.

The Adco Storage Skirt, part # 290-3502, that you referenced does have a cut out section for your pin box.
