Troubleshooting Difficult Connection of Demco Hijacker AutoSlide to Fifth Wheel Trailer

Question:
Have a demco auto slide highjacker and it is the hardest hitch i have ever tried to couple with: had Anderson hitch and reese hitches no problems coupleing do you carry any thing that will help coupling make it less painful besides losseing the the glide plates: thanks Oh regular pin box shortbed f250 ford.

The Demco Hijacker hitches like the part # DM8550034 are pretty particular about how straight your truck is relative to the trailer. Anytime we've seen issues with people having a hard time coupling with this hitch the problem has been that they aren't backing up totally parallel to the same direction as the trailer.
