For the front anti-sway bar on your 2018 Forest River FR3 30DS with an F-53 chassis you need the Roadmaster part # RM-1139-148.

The rear anti-sway bar is the Roadmaster part # RM-1139-149. You do need to check to ensure there is enough factory u-bolt available to accommodate the factory nut, washer and 1/2" plate. If the u-bolts are not long enough then the Extended U-Bolt Kit # RM-590050-00 is needed. If you don't have at least 3 threads showing on your factory u-bolts after adding a 1/2" plate then you need the extended u-bolts.

Some installation videos have been linked for you to reference for the installation.

What size nut is on the U-bolt. I need to buy a deep socket to get it off. I have a 2018 Bounder 38H, F53.

The nut size depends on the size of your factory U-bolts (they can vary). If you have 3/4 x 16" U-bolts you'll use a 1-1/8" socket and if they're 7/8 x 14" you'll use a 1-5/16" or 33mm socket. Road grime and corrosion can really make a chore out of getting those nuts off, so a longer torque wrench might be required.

Well after 3 trips to Tractor Supply I got the right set of deep sockets. It needed a 1 5/16 to remove the original and a 1 1/4 to install the new one. The only sockets deep enough were the 3/4 in drive I only had 1/2 drive. Ended up being $100 in tools.

Thanks so much for the info. I'm really sorry they were such a hassle to remove.
