I recently purchased a used Class A motorhome which has a Falcon 2 tow bar on it. I want to tow a 2015 jeep cherokee latitude, which base plate would you recommend? Thanks.

In general it is easiest to use a base plate from the same maker as the tow bar as this will avoid the extra cost and hassle of the adapters that are required to mix brands. For your 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude you can use Roadmaster EZ5 base plate kit # RM-521447-5 which is fully compatible with your Falcon 2 tow bar # RM-520.
Flat towing the Cherokee will also require some other components, including safety cables # RM-643, a braking system like the Blue Ox wireless and portable Patriot # BLU37TR, a diode wiring/lighting kit like # RM-15267 and a high/low hitch adapter to keep the tow bar level.
