Based on the numbers you gave I can make an estimate, though to get the right weight distribution system you will first need to know your total tongue weight (TTW), which is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to go trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle.
The tongue weight is typically between 10% and 15% of your trailer's GVWR but you'll want to verify it by using a scale such as the etrailer # e99044 or by using one of the methods outlined in the help article on determining tongue weight I've linked for you. After that you'll only need to add on the weight of the cargo behind the rear axle of your vehicle and you'll have your TTW. The ideal system would be one in which your TTW would fall somewhere in the middle of the weight distribution system's tongue weight capacity.
With a trailer weight of 6,740 lbs and what I assume is a max cargo capacity of 1,901 lbs your GVWR would be 8,641 lbs and your tongue weight would then be in the 1,000 lb range. What is going to be important for you to know is the amount of cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. If none or very little then I recommend the Equal-i-zer # EQ37120ET, which is for total tongue weights between 800 lbs and 1,200 lbs. If you have cargo that raises your total tongue weight to the 1,200 lb range then the right system would be the Equal-i-zer # EQ37140ET. It is recommended you use thin-walled socket # EQ70-00-4800 for installation of the hitch ball on these systems and please keep in mind it is important to verify these numbers so you get the right system.
Be sure to verify these numbers yourself
