I just bought a 2017 f350 with out fact hook ups will my old 5th wheel companion still work mine does not have those im guessing rober pleats that run in the bed groves

If your existing 5th wheel hitch was designed to fit into the factory puck system like the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3300 does then there would not be a way to reuse this hitch on your 2017 Ford F-350 without the factory puck system
Instead, I recommend selling your B&W Companion to recoup some of the money and then using the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3255 if you have the 8' bed or the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider part # BWRVK3270 if you have the 6-3/4' bed. In order to install either of these hitches you would also need a set of base rails specifically designed for your F-350 for which I recommend using part # RP50074-58.
Both of the above 5th wheel hitches have a 18,000 lb towing capacity with the same made in the U.S.A. quality and lifetime warranty as the B&W Companion. I have attached a review video of each hitch for you as well.
