I looked up your order notes and it looks like you ordered the Pintle Hook # C48210 and the B and W Plate part # BWPMHD14004. These two parts are compatible with each and will work well for you.
The mount has the lower capacity of 16k so that will be your overall capacity since you are limited by your lowest rated component as the overall capacity. If your hitch or vehicle has a lower capacity than that (most likely yes) then you'd have to go by whatever the lowest number is.
